The European Parliament´s Directorate-General for Cohesion, Agriculture and Social Policies would like to draw your attention to the ex ante publicity of the following call for tenderAirspace congestion’.

Description
Deliver a study on “Airspace congestion”. The general objective is to provide a comprehensive and policy-oriented analysis of air congestion in European airspace across commercial aviation, drone operations, and emerging urban air mobility services. The study shall assess the scale and drivers of congestion, identify emerging risks, and deliver concrete, evidence-based policy recommendations. Minimum requirements: team of minimum 5 experts with sound educational/professional qualifications and experience that are clearly relevant to the research area. Participation to this procedure is open exclusively to natural and legal persons coming within the scope of the EU Treaties, to natural and legal persons established in a third country which has a special agreement with the EU in the field of public procurement, and to international organisations. This means that access to this procedure is granted to entities based in EU Members States; Overseas Countries and Territories; EEA Members: Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein; Countries under SAA: North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo; and EU nationals living in a third country. Others can participate only as subcontractors.
