[Digest] Study presentation: Cooperation between EU cities and regions with their Ukrainian partners

The presentation of the study took place on 27 June 2023 and focused on the following topics:

1. Bottom-up EU-UA cooperation at the local and regional level
2. EU programmes and instruments supporting EU-UA territorial cooperation
3. Benefits and barriers of EU-UA territorial cooperation
4. Future opportunities and obstacles for EU-UA territorial cooperation

The presentation was followed by questions from the Members and a stimulating debate.
