Subject of contract
A study on "The future of film financing in the Digital Single Market: the role of territoriality and new models of financing". The overall goal of the study is to provide information and analysis to the CULT committee on Member States’ and EU models of film financing with the aim to adapt the EU films support to challenges triggered by new digital opportunities. The analysis will address current challenges to territoriality principle and explore alternative means of financing. This analysis will also focus on complementarity and synergies between film support policies at different governance levels. Minimum selection criteria: propose a team of experts with sound professional experience and a proven publishing record, including a project leader with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
